Lagginess in fullscreen fixed


I realized I went too far with fullscreen shaders and too many people experienced low FPS in fullscreen. In this arcade game, FPS is the king and there’s really no limit as to how high it should go. I personally feel huge difference between 60 and 120. To fix this, I made the purely decorative but expensive background feature disappear when consistently low FPS is detected. Hope it’s not going below 50 for any of you guys. If it does, please play in window mode.
